Mechanical diagnosis

Took truck in which was running quite roughly and lost power quickly. They determined that is was because I had let oil level get too low. Truck was old so I always kept a watch on it. They topped up oil and sent me on my way.

Problem persisted immediately.
Took truck to dealer (Nissan). They immediately identified problem - head gasket. So much for Canadian Tire mechanics. Ironically, I was working at that store at the time. GO FIGURE!!!
