The Site service leader Atul was very arrogant. He did not talk properly, was offensive and had not given the authorisation to fill soon enough. It was windy and snowing today. Atul does not deseve tobe the face of Shell. Owner of the gas bar Yain Malik is also a careless person to have hired and supported person like Atul. It is really sad that the company has such franchisees with such employees. Shell's Franchiseing and HR policies need to support custmer friendly environment!
