I'm another Victim of thier moneny back scam. We did follow ALL the requested rules and almost 2 years later still no refund.
I thought I would just post my complaint to the BBB here.

In fact they are very much open for business. I pretended to be an interested customer and they were very friendly and willing to take my money and made the false statement I would get a refund if not sold in 90 days.

My complaint is as follows
Won't return calls about the guarantee money refund. We have followed all their requests for the refund and still no response.
The list number for my car was 7994
I do have copies of the notarized form dated back in may 4th of 2004 and vehicle's registration as requested.
I have mailed them, phoned them and e-mailed them and no response.
