Over Booked and Can't Delieve

Three Weeks Ago I booked my car to be detailed with this company. Everything was confirmed and booked and this morning I got an email saying "due to scheduling error" they wouldn't be able to come and do the cleaning tonight. When I called to find out the what and why I was met with a very over worked very hostile individual. Stating that they had 400 people that wanted their cars cleaned this weekend. Honestly it is not my problem if you dont have enough staff to keep up with the coupon that you put out, but don't schedule my cleaning 3 weeks in advance and then cancel this is not a good way to drum up new business. This is a good way to get angry people like me that scheduled my time around having this company show up when and where they were they agree to. My recommendation is find another company to do the work... these guys just can't keep up and will only let you down before they have even touched your car.
