Charged more then allowable GM Rates

Normal GM hours charge posted in bulletine 05068 in september 2005 states labour charges of .8 .1 hour to service this recall. When the same work was performed at the about dealer ship was charged 2.5 hour at rate of 109/ hour. Called the dealership service manager and he said they are allowed to charge whatever they feel time. Did not offer any refund. This the reason i posted this. Watch out your pocket book.
