Rip off

I have problems with my car with it's tranny and saw this shift kit on d internet that will eliminate d problem, so i called the distributor here in toronto to get that kit and they gave me a number of this edge transmission shop who can install that kit and the shop should get it from them because they don't sell it to individual buyers. So, i called d shop and have spoken to this Bruce guy and ask him to install the kit... he don't know anything about it but still, it's my fault to pursue the installation... i brought the car to the shop early in the morning while i'm at work for the whole day. Got a call from this Bruce guy and told me he was already working on my tranny and he said that something was already installed in my tranny... i told him to just put it all back and i'll just pick up my car later... when i got my car... i feel different with it... it became worse as before... and when i reached the house and park d car... d next morning, my tranny creates a really loud noise and it bangs hard when shifting to drive or reverse... i don't know what this Bruce guy did to my car... he even ask for 160 bucks for spending time with my car... what a total jackass and a total rip - off... i just throw in 160 bucks for doi'n nothing on my car and even break it... don't go there for repairs... it is so hard to find an honest and reliable mechanic these days coz all they want is money...
