Unauthorized debt

I received my credit card statement and found a 83.75 charge on it which I didn't reconized, I call the phone number list on my statement and I asked which company I was calling the girl did not tell me, she asked why I was calling I explain to her about the charge and after several question she told me that it was for some cd I order on the net. I told her I didn't order any cd's nor did I receive any cd's, she then asked me what I wanted to do so I told her I would like for her to cancel my information and I would like to get a refund, she gave me a cancellation number 061109-9013394 and told me it will take 7-10 business days this was on June 11/09 so I am waiting to see what will happen.
