Its been a long time this issues still not resolved and its getting worse. these people are lack of training or has no training at all base on their performance and attitude towards the customer. I f you talked to a customer service & asked what i need i can't get a satisfaction answers & can't get what i need. Different customer service w/ different answers or explanations will lead you to misleading. they are not honest, serious how to deal with their customers. I hope my concerns this time will be resolve in the future to continue our business. Thanks.
