Little Caesars
Required to wait too long for a "Hot and Ready" pizza, false advertisement, and pizza not properly cut

Went to Little Caesars Pizza at 2272 Tenth Line in Orleans, Ontario, to get a "Hot and Ready Pizza" after 4:00 p.m. I am a senior citizen and I had to wait over 17 minutes for this order, while standing the whole time! This is false advertisement, since the fast food outlets for Little Caesars advertise prominently that a "Hot and Ready pizza" is always available immediately. This was under order 1041564. They only offered a breadstick as compensation. I found that unacceptable. I also had to ask them to re-cut the pizza slices since they were not cut properly. This is recurring issue.
I won't be going to Little Caesar's anymore because of this very bad service. Other Pizza franchises offer much better compensation. Pizza Pizza once offered me a $10 coupon which is much better. They care very little about their customers at Little Caesars I find. - They make several mistakes and we have to pay.
