Poor customer service

To whom it may concern...

I did not have a good customer experience at your store recently. My wife and I had a tough day at work on Thursday 29, 2012. We decided after driving around for a while that we would have a meal at your restaurant at 8:30 pm. We were received well when we arrived at the restaurant. We were seated and our server Paul was friendly and very accommodating. After we received our drinks we placed our orders.

My order was Thai Chicken Bites and my wife's order was Nachos. My order arrived and I was pleased and then my wife's order arrived, well disappointed was putting it lightly:

There was lots of nachos chips on the plate with olives, chillies and chicken. From what I could see there was cheese right in the center of these chips with nothing on top. There was hardly any cheese on there. Paul brought a side plate with sour cream, guacamole and salsa. The way I remember that nachos are made is you add chips then add salsa some cheese then add more chips, salsa, chicken, olives and more cheese. So we engaged our server in a conversation and this is what was said:

Wife: This is not what I asked for, there is no cheese on there;
Paul: Yes, there are lots of cheese;
Wife: I don't want this, it is not what I wanted;
Husband: Well Paul can you add more cheese for us please;
Paul: Yes I can but I will charge you for more cheese.

So Paul brought the Nachos back with the cheese we were supposed to have to start off in the first place. The nachos was so dry as there were no salsa in between the chips, what we got was disgusting it did not even resemble the picture on your menu. About half way through our meal there were two of your female servers shouting across the tables to each other. I was shocked that the manager of your store did not even pull them aside. They continued with their very vocal conversation for a short while.

I am so disgusted with this experience that I am not even sure if we are going to visit this store again. I would like to bring this experience to management's attention.
