Once the initial payment is made they start making excuses for the nonavailability of the franchise and try to get more money from the victims who in hope can end up losing more money. The franchise names he often uses are 3 for 1 Pizza & Wings, pizza 1.

He has been working with impunity since the canadian law treats this as civil case and even if the judgement is passed in favor of the victim unless reza solhi accepts the judgement nothing can be done. Reza Solhi has spread his scam to America too.
