RIPOFF HORRIABLE

My reason for ordering take-out tonight is because im 23 weeks pregnant. I made an order approximately 8:50pm from RESTAURANTS ON THE GO

I choose il fornello. pasta and an appetizer. The food total was $19.45.- delivery was $7.95_ my order was on the way but my request for no mushrooms was not made.

At 9:48pm I called "il fornello" myself they said my order is still there and it had been ready for awhile and they had called -restaurants on the go- about 9:20pm and ask why the order was not pick-up yet.. The girl from il fornello put me hold after being on the phone with her for a few mins. She came back and said someone had just came in and pick it up.

My food came at 10:08pm when I said to the delivery guy that it had taken way to long and someone from his catering servives called me over half and hr ago and said it was on the way. He said that was in possiable in a rude tone. The food felt Hot threw bag. so I payed for it. I gave him $40. the order was $31.52 I asked for all my change back he then said in a "snotty" manner I have nerve..

I said good night to the man and shut my door. I openen the bag of food. The containers felt hot but when I took of the tin lid to my pasta. The pasta was COLD.

I called -restaurants on the go- 10:12pm on my clock. my call was put on hold. at 10:34pm I hung up and called right back. there was a voice recording saying they are now closed. -If you want to leave a message or place an order in advace please do so at the end of that message.. I did leave a message with my name and number and a brief message as the service I just got.

I spent $31.52 for food and I didn't get to eat any of it:( I diserve a full, if not more.. I will up-date this if and when they return my phone call...
