Our first incedent happened about 5 months ago when we ordered two panzeroties and recieved 1 panzarotie and one pizza when we called and complained they said they would credit us and took our name, adress and phone number. When we called a couple weeks later they said they had no record of the complaint and couldnt honour the credit they had promised. We just ordered this eveing again and when we recieved our order the cake that comes with the order was smashed and the sauce for the wings was wrong when we called to complain they said they would credit us and when we mentioned what happened before they said they would try to get a cake out to us if there was an order going by. very unhappy with thier service and would not recomend this resturaunt.
