Will not let me use gift card to purchase credits

I have been using gift cards to buy facebook credits and it will not let me use them anymore. i dont have a credit card so i have been buying the gift cards. i have been told by the giftcard company that i cannot make multiple purchases from different cards. can you change this for me please?
