Would not return or fix

I went to ask about an exchange or a fix on a 10" mitre saw when cutting a 2x4 the plastic piece broke off the guard making a bolt fly at me, i went to the desk in Owen Sound they gave me a number to call... that was a loans company not even thiers, we buy master craft because of the guarantee and the product that we know canadian tire stands behind BUT not this time!!!
