False claim of orde

This company sent my business two parcels of which i did not order . these packages contained rolls for debit machine use. I have never ordered from them or any other company, because i have a staples down the road from my buisiness.

i phoned the company and left numerous messages as well as spoken to a female two times.

I dont want the product, as it is a rediculous price and they are harassing me now with threats that my credit will be damaged. I dont appreciate the threat. i have told them i will send cod and they are claiming they will refuse the shipment. What shall i do?
