Wasn't aware that telus had a new system whereby if you call certain parties can get a message

"This numbe is out of service" When I requested from Telus how to get this new system was told

never heard of Tried the number that it initiated from and they informed us thatthe number giving out this message was using software not approved by Telus as it cannot be in and out of service

like that. I find it bizarre that an exworker who owns a consulting firm would go to such lengths to stop callers. Speaks volumes for telus and its workers!!
