Jade Express Financial Services, Patrick Adu, Jonathan Baker loan was frozen but i send them already my upfront fee for $699.00

I saw their advertisement in the Daily news they indicated the CA. bus license number there so i thought they are legitimate. i applied for at least $5, 000 loan, they faxed me some paperworks to fill, icluding a loan contract and the method of payment.

But due to my credit history they said i have to send them a probationary fee which is refundable in six months based on my payments it is also indicated there on the papers they sent. i did that, send the money through western union.i called back with the control number inorder for them to receive the money. they said i should be getting my loan in 2 hours through wiring to my account.

but i waited till i called the following morning and i found out that the loan was frozen because they said i need to send them another $400 fee for they were mistaken about the paperworks that they have sent me. now i' m so worried how to get that money back they said they will cancel the loan and send my refund a check through mail.now, how am i supposed to believe this.
