Galleria concorde??? mma ripoff

Was contacted in april 2011 about art work i had purchased from galleria concorde and asked if i would be interested in selling and that i would be contacted in a couple of days to discuss it. a sean ryan from mma contacted me and informed me there was a market for the art pieces i had. in order to sell these pieces, i would get a credit on another piece of art.

the piece was by haim sherrf, of whom i had never heard of (not that i know anything about art) and was told that he would pesent it at an international auction in october and it would bring in 3 x my investment (if it sounds too good to be true-generally is).

once again, as i did with galleria concorde, i purchased this piece. and once again, as with galleria concorde, i was contacted by sean ryan in june and told that my piece of art would be worth much more if i purchased a sister piece. almost fell for it, but backed out at the last minute.

so now it is october and sean ryan never called. in november i called and talked to ed samuel and was told sean was no longer with the company and scott jones would be handling my accout. scott did call.

now almost 2 years later, i call scott. basically, i was informed that in order to make money with art i would need to increase my portfolio, and if i was not willing to do this (purchase more worthless art) that he was not willing to help me sell (unload) my purchase.

bottom line--THIS IS A SCAM--UNLESS YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY JUST TO BLOW OR YOU LIKE WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. BEWARE
