Herbal Care Direct
Scam Investment

Business & Finance

I made a $5000 investment in this natural health product company. I had been a customer prior to investing, had tried the products, and everything seemed legitimate. The money was invested in a 'royalty certificate' whereby I would receive 15% of all royalties from products sold in my province. There were also promises of expansion, etc. I saw one small cheque and then they stopped coming. Clients, to whom I had recommended these products, began complaining that they had placed orders, had not received products or a refund, and were unable to reach anyone at the company for an explanation, yet the website was still up & running and accepting online orders. I was also being put off and ignored as I tried to contact the company regarding my clients' concerns and my absent royalty cheques. I received no respomse for months. Then, finally, I received an email simply stating that the company has gone out of business. That was it and there went my money. I know there are many other people who have been burned by this company. Let's do something about this together!
