Unauthorized Credit Card withdrawl

There have been two withdrawls from my credit card for an amount of $57.61 in April and May of this year (2012). I authorized only $2.97 and was charged the first amount several days later. When I finally caught the charge, I called them and was told that I had only 24 hours to decide whether or not I wanted to keep the kit! The original website said nothing of the qualifying period. The company would not refund this charge in spite of several attempts to have them withdraw the amount. You can't Google the company either. There isn't an official website and this is supposedly an online retailer.

Incidentally, the "massive" savings are a joke - $57.00 a month for fifty cents off a Dairy Queen ice cream cone. As for the thousands of dollars that are available from the government of Canada - the Canadian government is aware of this company and they are treating the claim as a scam as well. Canada is a highly sophisticated country and the federal government simply does not approve grant money in this way.
