3M Capital RIP OFF

I received a letter in the mail from 3M Capital Inc stating that I had been one of the lucky winners of a sweepstake sponsored by a group of multi-national companies in North America, The letter claimed that I had won $180, 000 in US Dollars and they also sent me a check in the amount of $4591.93, The letter went on to explain that the check had been deducted from my winnings and that I would need to use $3500.00 from the check to pay for the applicable surcharges/govt taxes due on my winnings. I tried to contact the person by the name of Randy Wilter @ 416-826-7164 for about a week after I got the letter and and finally I got a hold of him. I asked several questions in which he really didn't want to explain He just kept saying for me to deposit the check and then contact him after that to proceed with the next step. Anyways I told my daughter about this letter and she came over to read it and luckily she researced the company and I read the other peoples stories that received the same letter and check. Thank God for this website because I would have probley been one of the unlunck people to deposit the check considering that times are hard right now and I could definatley use that money to live.
