This guy claims to be a principal of some big hedge fund in Canada along with another loser named Bernie Moos. They don't actually have a dime, or even an address. They will want to look at your properties and then request to deal with the owners directly. After that they will submit an offer to provide health care services and if the owners buy these and give them $2 Million dollars up front, they will buy the properties.
