TCH FINANCIAL CORPORATION, INC sent me a letter with a fake check for $4, 950.00

I recieved a letter in the mail, that i won $450, 000.00 in a drawing that I had done in the past May. They also sent me a check for $4, 950.00 which I was to cash and send them back $2, 850.00 to cover my tax amount. They had also given me a telephone number to call to set up where to send the money and it always says "the customer you are calling is unavailble and the moment".
