FAKE CHECK Recieved And Letter Id Addressed From Slime balls are sending out fake checks that look so real..I am amazed!! Bathurst

I recieved a check in the mail with a letter from "DBS Financial" stating that I had won $500k in a drawing for a national sweepstakes. The check was for $4, 700 and I was to contact soemone named Chris so he could explain were I should send $2, 950 of the check for taxes and such? I realized at this point that this wasn't right. I looked all over the internet to find someone else who had recieved a check like this with no luck.

Finally this morning I contacted Hol-Mac Corp, the name on the check, and spoke with the CFO. He said that he had recieved a dozen or so call, much like mine, in the last two days. These people a praying people in hopes that they will deposit the checks and send the $2, 950 to them leaving you to be responsible for repaying back the bank once they discover the check is fraudulent. I am so angry.

I realize this happens all of the time. This is my first "actual" expirience" with it. I wanted to make sure that if someone else recieved a check likt this that they would be able to find this on the internet and NOT CASH the check they recieved!!! It is almost Christmas I would hate to see someone's Christmas be in shamles because of some NO GOOG frauds!!!
