, First Financial Ripoff simple case of faud was called on the phone and approved to get a credit card if I pay a $299 fee I was told it would take a month but I could cancel was given a number and felt okay with offer However all I got was junk mail

It was a simple case of bait & switch I was approached on the phone stating I was approved to get a credit card with a $2500. limit if I were to pay a $299. fee I was told it would take about a month to get but that I could call and cancel I was given the phone number and so I felt okay with the offer However when I got the reply from this company it was simply a lot of junk mail offered me

I called Parnelli Inc. and told them I wanted my money back several times without any response.

I called my bank to try to cancel the transation but they stated I had approved of giving the funds to this company.

I called the company back and finally after being put on hold several times I spoke to a Samantha who told me that didn't have a refund policy.

I then told her that what her company did was illegal and that I reported the company to the Canadian newspaper.

She then said well even though they don't have a refund policy that they would try to make an exception and that it would take me 2 weeks to find out if they would allow it.

I told her that it was illegal to perform a bait and switch operation and that I never would have agreed to purchasing a $299 ticket for a trip or gasoline coupon they sent me.
