I was suppose to receive a refund of $187.00 on January 2004 and still have not receive it. I sent a so-called credit package that I was instructed to send back and then I will receive my money only after 3 months to make sure I did not use the information in the package first. Then I will be refunded immediately.
Well, that never happen and their phone number is now obsolete. What should I do since it has been over 60 days!!!
