I was contacted me with a credit card offer and told I would receive an unsecured Mastercard with a $5000 limit. I was then told it would be sent to me within 10 business days. The time had expired and I called them up today and they told me very rudley that I was wrong and to call back to hear my confirmation. They now claim it was 15-30 days. I then had the man identify himself as Chris James and told him to cancel my order. He then told me that I made a mistake and I wasn't getting my money back. I told him that he violated the original agreement and he continued to be rude and hung up on me. I am currently using the steps on this site to try to recover my money but would be interested in joining or starting a class action suit.
