Promise me a credit card with 2000.00 limit. ripoff. debited 199.00 from my bank, months later called again to tell me the same lies Tronto

Back in february of this year a woman with an arabic accent called me an said she was with first capital consumer group and said I could get a credit card with a two thousand dollar limit and all I had to do was pay 199.00 to get the card. So I agreed to let them debit my account, which they did. She told me it would take 10 to 14 days to get my card. After about a month and no card I looked to the BBB online to get a report on them. I did find out that had moved to Canada because they had a lot of complaints that were not settled. A couple of months later I was called by the same lady. Believe it or not she tried to get me to get another card and I told her what had happened the first time and she told me that someone would call me. I knew no one was going to call me but I did get the number from the caller ID.I called it several times but all I got was a recording and was put on hold which they never came back to. It was a Canadian telephone number
