Ripoff scam liars

First Capital Consumers called me on the phone and promised me a Mastercard C.C. within 7 business days with no catches all I had to do is give them $218.00 and when I recieved the C.C. I would be able to immediatly get a $500.00 withdrawal from any ATM. They asked for my account and took the money out in March

it is now August and they have only sent me a so called packet that says I will be receiving my C.C. I have called the number and talked to a women she told me it would take 3-4 weeks to recieve my C.C. and to call back after that if I still had not recived it.

After 4 months of waiting and then 4 weeks after talking to the women I called backk several times and got nothing but an answering machine I left a message everytime and never heard back from anyone but I did get another phone call from a similar number trying to get me to give them money for another C.C.

I tried several times to call and have nothing to show but a long distance phone bill.
