Unprofessional staff

I've had a couple of problems with the staff in this store. I never see the same staff there and there's frequent change in managers. Staff have made caustic remarks behind my back because I walk with a cane. Others have been condescending when making a mistake in the name of a shampoo.
Some staff have little to poor knowledge of the products and treat you like you're an idiot.
I recently had the misfortune of being the victim of discrimination and condescension from the woman behind the counter. As I was leaving, she turned to the other person there and in a stage whisper made a comment about my cane or my use of it. The woman apparently is an expert in the use of it but is forced to work at a minimum wage job. I'm a retired nurse. Need I say more.
Shop often has empty shelves, too and staff will try to sell you product you don't request. i.e. ask for spray gel for curly hair and they direct you to mousse. Aisles have boxes sitting in them and for me with the cane is a trip hazard.
Not returning.
