Poor treatment from a staff membe

I have been looking after a friend's dog for several months as they no longer could. They had contacted their vet clinic - Bayview Village Vet Clinic - and let them know this. The other day when I took the dog in for examination, the receptionist was incredible rudey and kicked me out of the clinic. She told me I had no right to have the dog seen and she wouldn't let me run up a bill on their client. I explained I would be paying for what was done, but she refused to believe it saying it didn't look like I could pay. I asked to speak to the doctor and she refused, telling me to get out. I left. I was so upset I paced in the parking lot for a few minutes. Then a woman who was getting her dog from the groomer came out of the clinic and told me how this receptionist was inside bragging to her co-workers how she kicked me out and how great it made her feel.
