Poor service!

Just as Lori reported 05/11/07, my 360 Share Pro just quit working recently. The shortcut is still there, and the program shows on the list of stored programs, but it does nothing when activated. Originally, I was trying to download Limewire, and got this instead. It worked ok, but stalled on many music downloads. It was a lifetime subscription.
