I have moved itto my apt 4 months ago . i had cable phone and internet hooked up .i waited two weeks to get it hooked up. my phone never worked .they came back in twice .they finly got it to work.then there was a problem with something eles .when i phoned them they set up an appointment to come in and fix it.i phoned them back two days before they were to come in to see if i had to be there .i was told that there was no appointment set up.i was pissed the lady at the desk went out of here way to deel with the proublem, that was delt with.now again i have a proublm with my cable.it is now july 30 and they can not fix it on another service call on the 15th of aug
