On September 27th my Fiancee and I and his brother wanted to rent a cottage for three people, . When we called to make the reservations, we told them that we were 3 adults who were going to be staying, . The manager said in that cabin there was only one queen bed, but there would be no problem to get an extra bed in there. While we were talking to the manager, we were looking at the pictures of the cabin on their online site. In the pictures the room seemed very spacious with a full size counter, small fridge and a small stove and a large bed. When we got there that night, we went in the cabin and we were stunned! The pictures looked nothing like the cabin we had. There were no counters, the freezer door was broken, the closet door would not close and made the bathroom door close, the lamps on the walls were all crooked and when we went to close the curtains the poll was broken and the curtains fell. Also the cabin very small compared to the pictures, and the extra bed they brought us was a metal fold out bed. The room was so small that when we placed fold out bed it touched the end of our bed and blocked the entry door. I was aware it was a one bedroom cabin, but in their pictures it seemed much spacious. At that point we were angry and dissapointed, but decided to stay the night anyway and leave early in the morning, as we went to lay down on the bed it was like a bed made of bricks, it was extremely uncomfortable. At that point we had enough. We called front desk and told them that we would not be able to stay the night. Considering it had only been an hour and a half, we politely asked for a reimbursement, the manager angrily said "Come get your money" so we packed all our things and went to the front desk. My Fiancee went in, and the manager looked at him and said " so you want your money back? " we said it would be appreciated and he said " well... you came here just so you could sleep with your fiancee, now I have to get that room clean" Very calmly We said the only reason we are leaving is because the bed is uncomfortable, the freezer door is broken, the curtains are falling apart and there's a door that wont even close. The manager go so upset at that point, he looked at us and said very angrily " Please don't ever come back here, we don't need people like you here, if you want to take other people for suckers take the money and go stay somewhere else." I couldn't believe the manager of the Hotel was talking to us that way! The hotel experience was horrible and the Manager was EXTREMELY rude. I would not recommend it at all.
