Ripoff ignored phone calls lied of discount rates lied of inexpensive trips no deals for holidays

I have been a so-called "member" of Vacation in Paradise" for 2 years. Which cost me at least $3, 000.00 that of which I had to talk my spouse into purchasing--seeing as I thought it was such a "great deal".

I have made many attempts to contact the member services by e-mail and phone to have my package explained to me (seeing as my understanding of how i was to book a holiday was wrong). They simple ignored my contact attempts or refused to call me back.

I have taken a day off work in order to go directly to their office to voice my concerns/complaints, (with my joint member) to be met with many promises of matters being set right by the so-called manager "Jessica" and to find that nothing has been done.

On our visit to their Collingwood Presentation we were told of the special cheap deals we could get for week trips in Mexico and other places for under $300.00 and later when I called to book such a thing I was laughed at when i asked for a weeks vacation for anywhere hot for around $500.00 or so... they stated that would be impossible.

This has been very frustrating and caused many arguement and hardship for me and my spouse. I have requested our funds paid returned to us&-and was told that that will definitely not be an option.

This is not fair and I wish someone could help me in this matter, for I don't see any ability to set right the wrong.
