Raymond Rybachuk does business out of Winnipeg and is a serious scam artist.
Search him on the Courts registry and you will see a long list of lawsuits and criminal convictions.
He is also a convicted cocaine dealer and spent years in jail as a result.
His latest claim to fame is real estate and he owns a number of welfare class low rentals throughout Winnipeg, mostly paid by social assistance.
He spent the last several months attempting to sell property in Belize THAT HE DIDN'T EVEN OWN!
It' s not known how many people handed over $50, 000 but they all have NOTHING to show for it.
He stole my credit card number and racked up over $17, 000 in airline tickets that were not authorized.
