Deceptive marketing tactics, breaches to the Fair Trading Act, Avoiding phone calls, Calgary, Canmore

Signed up because I was told I had 10 days to cancel if I changed my mind.

I did change my mind and have been trying to call for 3 weeks now. They will not answer the phone. So, it seems I am out $1200 and I have no idea how to even get these people on the phone to fix it.

Now, searching the web for information I have found out that the list of scam victims, charges etc. associated with this company is as long as your arm!
