Blue Mountain Chalets takes a security deposit off customers for damages and long distance calls.
Trying to get your money back from these people that belongs to you is like pulling teeth.
They have had my security deposit for over 4 months and calling daily.

They have so many excuses on why they have not returned my money that you get tierd of calling.
Any other place I have stayed at has alway done a pre authorizaton on my credit card not actual taken the money off my card and kept it.

If they returned my money like they said they were going to, it would be find but four weeks to four months is a big difference.

I enjoyed my stay, nice place,

But will never go back because you have to fight for your money back.
