Purchased 9, 000 points in May of 2003. It took over 1 year to get our RCI points membership and only after many calls, faxes, and emails and personal visits to Andre Muran and the staff at the Banff Mountain Gate Lodge and to RCI USA. We pursued this only because the refused to give us a refund, Richard Nesbitt and Andre Muran actually laughed in our faces and and said we would never get our money back.
They made many excuses about why we couldn't get our RCI number, they didnt' return phone calls or any other contact. They also did not pay out commissions for any of the referrals that we sent them (before we found out how terrible they are).
We encourage everyone to join the law suits to get your money back, write the BBB, and contact the Alberta Government who have laid over 125 charges against Andre Muran and Co.
