ALGONQUIN LAKESIDE INN
Lost reservation & did nothing about it

We arrived at the hotel expecting to have our confirmed cottage on the lake for our week at Algonquin. We arrived after a 14 hour drive to find they double booked and we were out of a room! They did not assist in finding us another place and we were left to find a place to stay on our own in the middle of August. This was beyond unacceptable. The staff was not helpful or gracious. They did not even offer us a meal or anything as we searched for hours for a place to stay.
