I was using italkbb for a year but their quality is really bad. I asked them to fix the quality of the sound, it was become better for a few month but later on it back to bad quality again. I have enough for their bad services... I told them I have to stop using their services and then they said i have to call back... and i told them can you cut off my service in the due day? they said i have to call back in 23th the bill day... I forget to call back, i know i forget this but i havent use italk bb for more than a month because their quality is so bad and i dont want to use it anymore and i want to get back my money because I am really disappointed with their quality and services... it s like always drop the line and not clear voice, they keep trying to fix but never work... it is very very annoying..I have to struck with them for one more month because they charge my credit card automatically and cannot refund even i stayed clearly i dont want to use them for a month ago... i am very frustrated with their services, so please stay away with that company
