I cancelled account on February 6th 2009 and bills are still coming

My wife erroneously agreed to an unsolicited phone call to have a primus international account. When we received bills for a service that we do not need, have never used, and never will use, we phoned and canceled that service on February 6th 2009, at 12:27 pm with operator Sachin. We were also told to cancel this service with our regular telephone provider Telus, which we did with operator Fritzi. Operator Fritzi assured us that Telus will cancel the Primus account for us, and that we will no longer get any bills from Primus. After talking to operator Fritzi, we phoned back to operator Sachin at Primus, told him about our call with operator Fritzi, he then informed us that we have to pay the accrued charges of $5.55, which we did. He then assured us that we will no longer get any bills from them!!! Today March 6th 2009, we got another bill from Primus for a total of $1.12. Since we have paid up for a service that we have never used, and also canceled it as outlined above, we have no intention to pay this, or any future bill from Primus. Any potential customers of Primus, BE AWARE OF THEIR UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!
