Mobilicity overcharged me for 3 consecutive months
Took me hours & hours talking to & emailing these people to fix an error that is not mine
I was finally told there would be a credit in my account equals to what I have been overcharged
A "credit" that I kept not seeing in my account & Mobilicity does not respond to my email for further clarification on such.
I found info that I can see in my account, is confusing, user-unfriendly & difficult to understand
Mobilicity has showed no motivation or efforts to have customers' account information more user friendly
Seems that plan we have for a promotional price & "credit" amount that we are entitle to are all TOP SECRET which is NOT ACCESSIBLE to customer concerned.
I emailed the President at Mobilicity, NO RESPOND. What a drag company with low level of reasonable/positive customer service
In this highly competitive market, Mobilicity & associates, smart up to survive!!!
I AM STILL BEING TOLD BY MOBILICITY THAT MY MONTHLY CHARGE IS THE FULL INSTEAD OF THE PROMO PRICE WHILE THESE SAME PEOPLE "ASSURED" ME REPEATED THAT THEY HAD FIXED THIS AND I SHOULD BE CHARGED THE REDUCE/PROMO PLAN PRICE FOR LIFE

THESE MOBILICITY PEOPLE DO NOT SEEM TO ME COMPETENT OF DOING SIMPLE MATHS, TIME AFTER TIME
