Took 2 payments for a one year subscription and never renewed the service

I have been using a magicjack for my phone service and I went to renew mu subscription today June 19 2012.
Entered all the info required and the first time it said it failed and so I followed all the steps again and it stated it failed again
but when I checked my bank account 2 payments had been paid and yet my service is still not working... Still states it is expired...
