Ripoff (obviously to Credit card users via paypal) Victoria BC

I have been reading all of the other complaints about NIce Kicks they sent me an email (after about 3 months I ordred mine last christmas) and they said that the stock was out so i could order another shoe and I would have 15 dollars off my next order. So anyways. I emailed them with the info. STILL no reply so i wrote back and they asked for the information again. I emailed them and emialed tehm it took them a very long time to reply.

EACH time they only asked for me to verify myself so that they could send me my money OBVIOUSLY they just didn't recognize my email address. THe email address works they obviously only reply to people who AREN'T complaining about NOT getting thier shoes. I have had people SEND money orders and get thier shoes but when i did it with pay pal NO SHOES. Something is wrong. it has been over 8 months and STILL no shoes. What shoudl i do to get my money back?? HELP!!! I'm over 85 dollars in the hole! NOT COUNTING SHIPPING AND HANDLING!!
