Cracked under sole

I have sent previous email to complain of my Clark shoes which are cracked under the sole of both shoes. I"ve bought Clark shoes before and they have always lasted at least 2 years. This pair cracked after 5-6 months.
Im dissapointed that no one has bothered to contact me.
