No response to my request for info/help

This so-called holistic community service centre with a stated mandate ''to empower vulnerable communities with equitable accessibility to social determinants of life that promotes communities' positive physical and mental well-being with a cultural, and holistic approach.'' is a total disgrace & disappointment to me. They never responded to the following email I sent to them dated Jan 24, 2025 with one straight-forward, simple question.

Based on this first ever & LAST contact I had with them, I seriously doubt, with this kind of attitude & aptitude, how Abode Community Service Centre can still tell members of the public that '' At Abode CSC we value our clients, stakeholders, and the public, and we recognize that maintaining this relationship, it is required that we maintain the trust, transparency and accountability. We have policies and principles that guide the way our employees and volunteers conduct their activities, and are committed to making these available to you.''

What a lier & big joker & COSTI must be in much shame to have given this place an ''Appreciation Award'' in 2023
