Misrepresentation of Product, Poor after sales service, not informed of after sales policy

In Jan 2019 purchased from The Brick, Thunder Bay Ont. Canada, a mattress & 2 back sleeper pillows. The issue is the type of pillows purchased. On 2 different occasions visited the store to check out what pillow type i.e. side sleeper or back sleeper pillow is best. (I am a side sleeper). Upon tested the pillow, Salesman NICK advised that I purchase the back sleeper as my neck was 'bent' with the side sleeper type. As I could not verify this by myself, I took his advice.
Upon his advice, the back sleeper was purchased. Unknown to me at that time is the show room back sleeper was considerably flattened due to it's frequent use. On Feb 23 tried out the back sleeper pillow & within 5 minutes had a headache & painful neck. Obviously the back sleeper pillow height was too high. There was considerable difference in pillow height in the back sleeper show room pillow & the new purchase. On Feb 23 went back to the store requesting an exchange for a side sleeper pillow. Was told then by the Manager that pillow are none returnable. Don't recall being told this previously & this policy is understandable. However, there is a serious misrepresentation of product with their showroom pillow height & the purchased product. This is misleading & leads to a wrong purchase that is none returnable. No restitution was offered by the store in view of this situation.
The back sleeper pillow was left at the store as it is of no use to me. Likely myself or my extensive family won't be making any future purchases from The Brick in Thunder Bay Ont.
