, YourYellowurl Mislead me into believing that they are the Yellow pages and it would be cheaper to pay for 1 year rather then monthly Ottawa

I have received numerous phone call by a company claiming to be the yellow pages and telling me that I would save money if I paid for a full year instead of monthly so I accepted for them them to call me back the following day so i could check something. Mean while I phoned the yellow pages my representative immediately and asked her what the deal was if i paid right away and why she did not tell me about this good deal, she informed me that YourYellowurl has nothing to do with them and to stay away from them, so the next day or so someone called me from YourYellowurl and i told them NO thank you then about 1 month later i received a bill for 499.00, i called them and told them i had no idea who they where and i was not paying for a bill from someone who mislead my company and the manager was very rude to me and tried to bully me on the phone and then hung up on me. Now i have received a lawyers letter telling me to pay or else!!! i sent them a fax Feb 26 at 1pm to tell them i had no intention of paying a company that i did not hire.
